We offer various payment methods through our website, namely:

The payment will be refunded in the same way you paid, we cannot change this.
Dispatch
Nikki Curvelly strives to ship your products within 1-3 business days from the time of order. We work exclusively with PostNL, and we are not responsible for PostNL's errors. If your package is lost, please contact us or the shipping company as soon as possible! We will always make sure you're happy, no matter what.
NOTE! If you give permission for delivery or prefer it to be delivered to a vending machine, you are responsible for your own shipment. If anything happens to your package afterward, it is your own responsibility.
NOTE! If you ship with DHL and it's delivered to a collection point, we will NOT collect it. We can collect it with PostNL.
To take off
You can also collect your products from NikkiCurvelly. If you choose this option, NikkiCurvelly will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a collection appointment.
Returns
Thank you for shopping at Nikki Curvelly. We want to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase you make on our website. In accordance with Dutch law, we have established the following returns policy for clothing:

1. Right of withdrawal:
- You have the right to return any item of clothing purchased from our webshop within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
- The 14-day period starts on the day after you receive the item.
2. Eligible Returns:
- Items must meet the following requirements: unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, free of cigarette smoke, perfume, or other odors, and the original packaging and tags must be intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Items excluded from the return policy due to hygiene :
- Slippers
- Jewellery
- Sunglasses

3. Return process:
- Pack the garment safely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
- Please include the completed return form! This MUST be completed in full. Click here for the form.
- Please return the item to us using a reliable and traceable shipping method at your expense.
4. Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
- The refund will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Exchange:
- We are currently not offering direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellation:
- Orders placed using a deferred payment method cannot be cancelled.
7. Costs:
If you're returning more than 3 items , we'll charge €1.50 per additional item (from the 4th item onwards).
Example: 6 items returned = €4.50 extra return costs
This adjustment helps us reduce waste and encourage more conscious shopping.
8. SALE:
Sale items can be returned, but they will only be converted into digital store credit. Therefore, you will NOT receive a refund. Please note that if you return more than 3 items, a fee will be charged and the amount will be deducted from your store credit.
9. Promotions & Gifts:
Did you participate in a promotion with a free gift?
In case of (partial) return, the right to that gift will expire.
Please return the gift or we will deduct its value from your refund.
NB:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear, SALE items, leggings in cardboard packaging, swimwear, jewelry, or items that have been customized or made to measure according to your specifications.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
- We do not offer a washing guarantee; once the item has been washed, we cannot accept it. We also do not offer a guarantee on applications such as studs, glitter, stones, and sequins.
- We do not guarantee any type of printing or covering on an item. (Rhinestones, sequins, studs, beads, fringe, or adhesive letters, etc.)
- We do not provide a guarantee on accessories such as earrings, necklaces, belts, bracelets and hats due to hygiene reasons.
- We offer a 14-day warranty on buckles, zippers, buttons, or any type of closures.
- We do not provide a warranty on loose threads (finishing threads).
- Pilling in clothing is not covered by the warranty. Pilling is caused by friction with other materials, and we are not responsible for this.
- We do not guarantee loops/hook and lint on crocheted (wool) sweaters and cardigans.
If we do receive returns without the above-mentioned items, we unfortunately cannot accept them. You can have your rejected return reshipped, and the shipping costs will then be at your own expense. This will allow us to send the return back to you.

Complaints
Is there something wrong with your order? Is it damaged or broken? That's unfortunate, but we always try to ensure your package arrives in good condition. It's possible that it might get damaged during transport. If you'd like to report this, please do so within 24 hours. We'll work with you to find the best solution!
What should I do if I have a complaint?
You can email your complaint to info@nikkicurvelly.com . Please include your order number and photos (complaints without photos will NOT be processed) so we can work together to find a solution. The 14-day return period also applies.
Complaints received via WhatsApp, DMs, or the customer service button on the website will NOT be processed! Please only contact us by email!
